This document, “Marriage in Ukraine Acceptable Use Policy” (hereinafter – “Terms”, “Policy”) is conditions of the relationship between Marriage in Ukraine (hereinafter – site “Marriage in Ukraine”, “Marriage in Ukraine”, “site”) and service customers (hereinafter – “customer”, “user “, “you”).
1. General provisions
Marriage in Ukraine provides services to the user under the conditions set out in this document.
By registering in the Service or by using the Service in any way, you agree and accept these Terms (on your behalf or on behalf of the person you represent). The provisions of these Terms remain in effect as long as you use the service or any other information obtained through our service. By registering in the Service or using the Service in any way, you claim and guarantee that you have the right, authority and ability to accept these Terms (on your own behalf or on behalf of the person you represent). You claim and guarantee that you have reached the age of majority for the conclusion of this agreement or, if you have not reached the age of majority, have obtained the consent of your parents or guardian in order to enter into this agreement on your behalf. By accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or other legal person, you claim and guarantee that you have the appropriate authority to do so; in this case, the terms “you”, “your” and other forms of this pronoun, except for this sentence, refer to such organization or legal person. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Policy (fully or partially), the administration has the right to deny your access to the services of the site Marriage in Ukraine.
1.1. Provided services
Marriage in Ukraine provides the user with the access to specialized services, including service for Email, SMS, Viber, Web Push, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram mailings, SMTP service, Email validation service, as well as the service for creating and publishing sites (landings) and CRM – service for sales management and communication with customers.
1.2. User registration
During registration, the user fills in the required fields with personal data (name, email address, phone) to order a call or apply via email or social networks.
The user obliges to indicate true data during registration; customers who have provided false contact details will be deprived of the right to use the service. Employees of the service have the right to require the customer to confirm his personal data in order to determine its validity.
1.3. Services payment
Payment for the provision of the Service is made directly from the Customer to the Service Provider in accordance with the payment procedure and requisites specified in the Agreement on the provision of legal services. The Service Provider is not obliged to reimburse for the Services payment to the Customer in case of non-fulfillment of all conditions stipulated in the Agreement by the Customer.
2. Obligations of the Marriage in Ukraine user
The user obliges to:
● provide the service with reliable personal data;
● not use the online service platform for spam sending;
● refrain from rude and obscene language while communicating with employees of the service;
● fulfill the obligations made to the other Party and cooperate professionally and responsibly in this legal relationship;
● act in good faith and in accordance with applicable legislation when using the site;
● assess all the risks associated with the use of content posted on the Site by other Users independently, including the assessment of its reliability, completeness and usefulness in accordance with all applicable provisions of national and international law.
The User has the right to disagree with the Acceptable Use Policy. In this case, Marriage in Ukraine has the right to deny him access to the services.
You claim and guarantee that you will use our service in accordance with all applicable laws and legal acts. You are responsible for determining whether the use of our services complies with the legislation of your country. The use of our service for any illegal or discriminatory purposes is prohibited.
3.Obligations of Marriage in Ukraine
Marriage in Ukraine guarantees:
● the presence of proper civil capacity and the ability to exercise the powers necessary in the process of interaction with government bodies and other natural and legal persons that have an impact on the provision of the Service in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is provided;
● fulfillment of its obligations to the other Party, including accurate and meaningful responses to communications, which by their nature relate to the subject of the Service;
● providing timely and quality services to customers.
The site administration has the right to make changes to the Marriage in Ukraine User Policy unilaterally without the prior notification of the user. The update of the Marriage in Ukraine Acceptable Use Policy comes into effect since the moment it is posted on the company’s official website.
4. Intellectual property rights
You acknowledge and agree that all rights to the content published on this Website, including all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, as well as design, selection and location, visual interface, digital download, text materials, graphics, logos and all other elements of the Website are and will remain our exclusive intellectual property.
The materials of the site, as well as any content posted on the Site, can not be used without the prior permission of the copyright holder.
The Acceptable use policy allows you to use this Site exclusively for personal use.
You must use the Site in full compliance with the terms of the Acceptable use policy. One of the conditions of use of the Site is the prohibition to use it for any purposes that are illegal or prohibited by the Acceptable use policy and applicable law. You may not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable or overload it.
In addition, you agree not to use the “Marriage in Ukraine” Site for:

(c) disabling, overloading, damaging or otherwise interfering with the operation of servers or networks connected to the Website;
(d) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Website or to servers or networks connected to it (for example, by extracting passwords);
(e) preventing the use of the Website by other users.
6. Limitation of guarantees and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are solely responsible for any loss resulting from your use of the Site, including any downloads. We provide no explicit or implied guarantees, including, but not limited to, the guarantees of merchantability and applicability of the service for particular purposes.
